Artists who want to perform at the Festival must mail or email us all available information. Well documented submissions will be given priority.
- portfolio of the artist or group;
- demo of the artist or group;
- visual material (photos, videos, posters, etc.) ;
- Estimate of technical support (technical requirements, number of performers on stage, etc.);
- Number of performances;

The programming committee is looking for performing artists:
- representing a particular country or region;
- playing musical instruments typical of their region;
- wearing traditional costumes or dress;
- passionate about their culture
