The Festival des traditions du monde de Sherbrooke (FTMS) is a great opportunity to make some wonderful culinary discoveries through the menus of different countries!
This year, the food zone will feature 17 international restaurants. On the menu, a group of regular visitors: Belgium, Canada, Colombia, Greece, Iran, Italy, Japan, Lebanon, Louisiana, Morocco, Mexico, Peru, Quebec, Tunisia and Vietnam. Most excitingly, we have two newcomers this year, Spain and Turkey!

You’ll also be able to take part in several culinary workshops, including an Argentinian empanadas session with Tango Soul (under the Préau on Thursday the 15th of August, from 6 to 7pm) and a Moroccan taster session with Fatima Zohra – Délices du Maroc (under the Préau on Thursday the 15th of August from 7 to 8 pm).
Last but not least, our Wine and Cheese Evening is an entertaining and gourmet opportunity to explore a variety of wine and cheese combinations. The evening will take place under the Préau on Friday the 18th of August from 6pm to 9pm. Reserve early, places are limited!
