Carine au Micro is an artist from Africa (Benin, West Africa). Her interest in music began from a young age through her parents. From 1998 to 2003, she was lucky to collaborate with various artists of the local French scene. Then, Carine Au Micro arrived in Quebec. She joined the Imani Gospel Singers choir. In 2018, she released her very first five-tracks project entitled O La Si, which means “You’re going to grow up”, and, in 2022, she released Doto N’ase, which means “Listen Carefully”. This last one is an album of 10 tracks. From these two projects, Tranche de Vie will be created. It is an artistic creation that redefines the traditional boundaries of musical performance.
