From August 12 to 16, FTMS invites you on a true journey around the world through flavour. Whether you’re exploring the booths in the Gourmet Corner or taking part in one of the many food-themed activities on the program, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to discover new culinary traditions.
THE GOURMET CORNER
At the heart of the Festival, the Gourmet Corner brings together passionate restaurateurs and culinary artisans who will take you on a journey through the flavours and traditions of cultures from around the world. This year, festivalgoers will have the opportunity to discover the specialties of 17 culinary destinations:

Scotch Tasting
Thursday, August 13 at 5:30 p.m. – Irish Pub | Spirit enthusiasts are invited to discover a carefully selected range of Scotch whiskies. This activity is the perfect opportunity to explore their subtle aromas and the craftsmanship behind these timeless classics. Get your tickets here.
Wine and Cheese Evening
Friday, August 14 at 6 p.m. – Préau | Take part in one of the Festival’s most popular events. In a warm and welcoming atmosphere, enjoy a carefully curated selection of wines and cheeses paired together for a refined tasting experience. Get your tickets here.
Moroccan Cooking Workshop and Tasting
Sunday, August 16 at 1:30 p.m. – Palais de l’Orient | Discover the flavours of Morocco during a culinary workshop featuring harcha, a traditional semolina flatbread enjoyed at breakfast or as a snack. Through a live demonstration and tasting session, you will sample this specialty served plain or topped with black olives and cheese, accompanied by authentic Moroccan tea.
Matcha and Kohakutō Workshop
Sunday, August 16 at 4 p.m. – Préau | Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of matcha, the iconic Japanese tea renowned for its refined flavours, and discover kohakutō, a traditional Japanese candy known for its unique and delicate texture. This activity combines cultural discovery and tasting, offering a true appreciation of these Japanese specialties.
