Shack d’Amérique : it’s time for some boogie-woogie on Thursday the 15th of August with David Vest and Big Time Lew (who will be accompanied by Swing Sherbrooke dance group). On Friday the August 16, the mood switches over to country music with Billy The Kid, The Wild Palominos and Rodeo Drive Country Band. Saturday the 17th of August features traditional Quebec music with Genticorum, Musique à bouches and De Temps Antan. Last but not least, indigenous rhythms take centre stage on Sunday the 18th August with the presence of Oktoecho and Pako (accompanied by dancers).
Pub irlandais : A great mix awaits you, starting with a journey into the Scottish highlands thanks to Heron Valley. Following that, you’ll get to see Celtic rock band The Devil’s Brigade (formerly The American Rogues) setting the dance floor alight, Celtic music groups Bùmarang and Sassenach, who will introduce you to traditional instruments such as the Irish flute and the harp as well as the traditional Irish music group The Peelers with their Boston and New York influences. In addition, don’t miss our St. Patrick’s Day happy hour with Kitchen Party on Friday the 16th of August!
Palais de l’Orient : On the 16th of August we celebrate the Indian subcontinent with dance group Sakafat, pop-rock band Fuzön and the oh-so-vibrant Bollywood Blast. You’ll also have the privilege of seeing visionary artist Kamar Mansour, whose Moroccan fusion music gives a tantalising insight into a captivating artistic heritage. The Palace will also host Belgian-Moroccan group The Grey Stars, dance troupe Anka and Algerian fusion group Syroko.
