The Luasc group, which means “swing” in Gaelic, is composed of three Jazz musicians, whose mission is to interpret traditional Celtic plays with a little jazzy twist. From Breton tunes to enigmatic jigs, through lamentations in Gaelic and classical repertoire from here, Luasc explores a centuries-old tradition by bringing its own touch of modernity.
